Do you have a friend or family member that's doing something that they shouldn't be doing?

You see it, you know it, but you just don't say anything to them.

You're afraid you don't know how to bring it up.

You don't know if you should bring it up.

Or maybe it's just something in the office, you know somebody who work with it isn't doing

their job well.

They don't communicate well.

They don't finish projects with excellence.

It's causing problems on the team, but you're just not sure how to address it with this

person.

Or maybe there's someone you love, someone you're dating, your spouse, one of your children,

or maybe your parent, that they're doing something that hurts you.

How do you respond in these situations?

You know, we have all these human communities, and there's conflict in them, and we heard

each other because we're fallen human beings.

This is just what's going to happen in every marriage, every family, every workplace,

every parish, every friendship is going to have these moments of tension.

We let each other down.

We disappoint each other, and sometimes we even hurt each other.

The temptation in our world today is never talk about those things.

The temptation is to be so afraid, we're so afraid of conflict, that we never bring
