Okay, hear me out, but what if your next house plant could double in size overnight?

Yes, you heard me correctly, and end up on your dinner plate.

That is the vibe of the next three Thursdays on this podcast in the Best of Growing Joy series.

So a couple of years ago, I did a miniies with my husband where we interviewed a mushroom expert.

His name is Lewis from North Spore Mushrooms.

And we did a mini-series on the podcast called the Mushroom Miniseries.

And in that mini-series, we explored how plant parents can grow mushrooms indoors, outdoors.

And we learned everything we need to know about

growing and harvesting edible mushrooms for our culinary desires. Today's episode is all about

growing mushrooms indoors, which I bet you didn't even know you could do. It's actually

extremely beginner friendly. And there are a wide variety of edible mushrooms that you can grow indoors, that you can

throw in stir fries, that you can roast, that you can do so many things with.

And they're so nutritional.

And Lewis is such a great educator and we have such a fun conversation.

I'm so excited to be bringing this mini-series back as part of the best of

Growing Joy series. There's three episodes. So for the next three Thursdays, we're going to

release them in succession in case you want to nerd out about mushrooms as much as me and Billy did.
