Yeah what what is growing food for free? Of course you know we use that word free but

it's I guess what I really mean is is without spending money.

That's what it really comes down to or with spending as little money as possible.

that are abundantly available to us. And so it's about. that's really what it's all about.

Yeah, so basically, you know Yeah, so basically you know I wrote a guide and I've broken it down into all the different you know

aspects of what we need so you've got what you're going to grow in like a

container or a raised bed or just in the ground you've got compost nutrients
