You're listening to the Creating a Brand podcast. I'm your host, Alex San Felipe, and I want to tell you a story about how I met today's guest. Last year, I was a speaker at a conference, and the day before I was speaking, there was actually a big expo going on, and there was thousands of people at this conference. There was booths all over the place, and I'm pretty structured

on these days. I know exactly where I want to go where I want to stop. So here I was walking

from one of the booths to another one, clearly knowing exactly where I was going, and in the corner

of my eye, I noticed somebody sitting completely alone at one of the round tables. Now, again, this room is huge. It's a

convention center. There are thousands of people in this room, and I saw one person sitting by

themselves. If there's anything you need to know about me, it's that my calling and purpose in life

is to help people live the most successful and fulfilled version of their lives. So when I see

somebody sitting alone at a conference like this, I know

one, they're either a crazy person or they just are having information overload or just lost,

not sure what to do next. Whatever the reason may be, I knew my mind at that moment. My agenda for where

I was going next had to go out the window so I could go help this person. So here I am. I venture

over to them. I sit down. Within just a few minutes, I realize that she's actually another speaker at this person. So here I am. I venture over to them. I sit down. Within just a few minutes,

I realize that she's actually another speaker at this conference, and she's actually a keynote

at the conference. And by the line forming behind me to talk to her next, I guess everyone was

scared of her or just too shy, but once I sat down, there was a line forming behind me.

She was also considered by Forbes to be the female of finance.

Rise Global calls her the most influential female in the finance industry, which is absolutely huge.

And the more I talk to, I realize she's also a contributor on Good Day, L.A., Fox News, and Forbes.

She is absolutely incredible. Her name is Winnie Son. She has so much wisdom,

so much knowledge. You know, I was able to form a friendship with her, and I really appreciate that.

She's somebody who I should not have access to, but she told me at that time, she said,

Alex, whatever you do, I'm going to help you be successful. And I called her six months later and said, hey,
