Yeah, herb gardens, for sure, and really for a couple of reasons, one is that they're

generally pretty easy to grow, and I think it's really important when someone's starting

out that they select something that both they like, and they like to eat, and that it's

easy to grow, because it's successful as you are the first year you're more likely

to keep on going, and so this gives you a little boost to confidence when you start with

herbs.

The second reason is that they grow in a fairly small area, so you can grow them on a

window sill successfully, and so that makes a nice arrangement for a beginner gardening
