This is such a hard thing because it's very difficult for all of us whenever seasons change.

We change as people, we go through different changes in life and

and yeah and it's hard because sometimes the person that we want to know because of

dementia or all-timers or illness or sickness or whatever like they're just they don't seem the same anymore

they're they're objectively speaking the same person but personality-wise they change and

that's that's difficult. That's really, really difficult for all of us,

for all of us it is.

And so I first want to give you some space to grieve

and to acknowledge that what you're experiencing is normal and it's healthy and it means

that you are a human being so it is good to grieve the loss of the relationship and how it used to be.
