What is spiritual direction really about and how do we do it?

Nowadays it seems that there is an increasing trend of people who are seeking spiritual direction however there aren't a lot of spiritual directors to help us with that.

In today's episode, we're gonna try and explain what is spiritual direction, who needs it, and what would be the best way to do it, to try and bridge that gap.
