Okay, so let's get into some of those details.

One is, after you briefed your number two, you're going to brief your entire team, not just your

number two, your entire team.

Yeah, weekly team meeting or a staff meeting, a a day or two or maybe even up to a week

after meeting with your number two. Tell everyone what the plan is for you being gone.

Hey guys. A agenda item here. I'm going to be on vacation in three weeks.

Roger's going to be in charge while I'm gone. He's going to make decisions for me.

I'm delegating my, my meeting items to him.

And, uh, he's going to be, uh, he's taking responsibility for some of my deliverables.

Um, we're deferring some things.

We're doing some things early, but for those things that can't be deferred or done early, he's going to take care of him while I'm gone.

And walk him through all the agreements we're going to talk about.
