mental. But a bunch of people have been asking me, Brian, how did you go from zero to

a hundred thousand followers on social media? That includes for us Twitter, which is at 122,000 YouTube, which

were at I think 205,000 subscribers. And you know, it really comes down to four simple

letters. And this is a great tip I got from my good friend Alex

Q is quality. Whenever you produce something on social social media these days it has to be

of good quality because you're competing with everyone else so always remember that it has to

be good quality very important the. Whatever you produce has to add value to the person

that's watching. It can't just be valuable to you. So it has to make their life better. It has

to entertain them, put a smile on their face make them think make them learn

something so always make sure there's value when you do it see consistency you have

to produce regular content on London reel five and a half years ago,

I started off with one smart goal in mind,

and it was, I'm going to publish an episode of week

no matter what.

Even if I get hit by a truck or by a red bus, I'm going to do it.

And we have never faltered.
