we are going to do an awesome NLP process called Visual Squash.

Now what this process is designed to do is it will get both

your masculine and the feminine inside of you working in alignment. What happens to a

lot of guys is the feminine wants one thing inside of them, the masculine

wants another thing and they're at odds with each other. For example go approach

that girl, no don't approach that girl you might get hurt. So in this process we are going to

have those two parts work together. Now typically with NLP what you do is you

lay down or sit down comfortably in a couch and close your eyes and just let me guide you through this guided visualization.

But in this one you're actually going to be standing up with your eyes closed and it's important, obviously, that you're not operating any heavy machinery

probably best not to do it while you're scuba diving skydiving and or having sex

although that third one is totally optional.
