For those of you who have been keeping up, I moved out of New York and I moved to California on the 10th of May.

So I've been here for 21 days. It's currently May 31st. Tomorrow is about to be June, which means I will be paying my first official month's rent

here, which is exciting. And I'm not really paying rent's not really like exciting, but just the fact that I'm on a lease here is kind of nice

and fun and I'm having such mixed feelings I have zero regrets about coming

here I'm actually so proud of myself for getting my

ass out of somewhere that was not exciting me and moving to somewhere that is. However, my therapist always

talks about this, I guess, condition, maybe we'll call it this effect that moving has on us as humans called root shock.

It's actually not very healthy for us to be moving locations a lot. It's not good on the body. It's not good on the psyche.

Not to say that we shouldn't just to acknowledge that when a shift comes if you're moving locations,

whether it be moving apartments in the building

it's going to unsettle you on the inside
