Well, real estate's in industry where money is in everywhere but your pocket, right?

And I needed access to capital.

I was scaling a real estate portfolio.

I had to fix my credit, build up my credit profile,

learned about non-doc, 0% business credit cards, business lines of credit. And very soon, a lot more people were calling me for that service than my real estate service. I'm like, you know what? Let me go all in on this funding stuff. Because you learned how to do it. I learned how to do it. I mean, it's like Mark Cuban, you ask them why you success? I read the manual on the most boring topic possible. That's what I did. And ultimately, there's people listening, and obviously with the show, they got startups, they got big companies. Where do people fall in needing money? I mean, I'll just break it down one through six to make it as tangible as possible. So level one, okay, and everyone who's listening to this, it's like signing your name in the SATs. You can't start with a zero. I was talking to a lady last week. She's like,

I'm a level zero. I'm like, no, you're not. You're a one. Okay. So level one is you have negative items that you remove of your credit report. So shitty credit. Shitty credit, right? And I was there. If it's a store, I was just at that store, right?
