So I've been on some planes lately flying back to NYC and we're also about to go on a flight to Colorado for a little trip.

Gosh I love Colorado.

And you know, flying flying people have different relationships with

flying right some people find it like a real inconvenience I just want to get it

done want to get there some people kind of I think settle in I know a couple of my friends with kids if they're not traveling with their kids are like great I get to rest sleep

No one's gonna ask me anything or need something for me and I you know as someone who's lived in a lot of places and travelled a lot, I always decide to enjoy the journey, right?

Of course, the figurative journey of life, but also the literal journey of travel.

Look, there's nothing you can do about the hours spent traveling.

So you may as well enjoy it, right?

Bring a book, get prepared, wear something cozy.

Bring some noise counseling, headphones if you have them, and make the most of it, right?

I'm always about maximizing things.

We don't have to suffer through life.

We can optimize and make our experiences whatever they be as pleasurable as possible.

Now I am so obsessed with this show called Beat Bobby Flea.

I love Bobby Fleay. I also met his or it was his wife at the time, his ex-wife

now at an event in New York and she said, you know when they were married, you know know Bobby so impressive he I think was a school dropout if I recall correctly and he's so passionate he didn't follow a

traditional path but he just went for it and he's of course this very impressive cool successful

chef but anyway this show is very simple there are two chefs who compete against

each other and then the winner if that competition competes against Bobby Flay and they get to decide what dish they
