| 1:08.0 | quote, official permission. There are also reports of journalists being targeted, |
| 1:13.5 | and according to a pair of NGOs, non-governmental organizations that monitor this kind of thing, |
| 1:19.9 | journalists imprisoned, intimidated, and in some cases tortured, and with over 300 media outlets |

| 1:28.8 | according to the intercept, there's a lot of information about the situation on the ground in |
