Something that comes up often, whether it's on coaching calls or just in real life, in conversations, everywhere all the time, I feel is this kind of question, right?

always easy especially right off the bat but I wonder if we can challenge ourselves to still feel some appreciation for the unwanted thing.

It's like, no, of course I can't be happy about the fact that I'm not well,

or the fact that I don't have a job that I love,

or the fact that my boss sucks, or the fact that, you know, the man or the woman that I don't have a job that I love or the fact that the man or the woman hasn't arrived in my life yet.
