0:25.4	and I also have a 10-year-old daughter, fifth and sixth grade, and my 11-year-old daughter...

0:51.6	My 11-year-old, you know, overall, she's a good kid.
0:55.2	She's dyslexic.
0:56.7	She struggles in school, but teachers rave about her of her work ethic.
1:01.9	And, you know, she's a great kid.
1:03.4	She's got a lot of friends.
1:05.0	But at home, I have a very difficult time getting her motivated, getting up in the morning.
1:12.1	Okay. That's why you're having, that's why you're having trouble, because you're doing exactly the opposite of what you're supposed to do.
1:22.7	Not supposed to get her motivated. That's got to come from within her. You can't make it happen.
1:30.0	You have to set up an environment which makes her really want to do these certain things
1:36.5	because there's a positive payoff that she wants. Okay. To set up an environment. I remember a million years ago, this woman came on.
