One of the biggest problems that newbies face when they get into personal development or

self actualization is that you read and hear about various techniques and then you

get so engrossed in those techniques that you don't have a big picture understanding of

really what you're doing and really why the

techniques are working and so you can't really judge which techniques are very powerful ones,

which ones are weak or shallow ones, and so that's why the big picture is very important. So if

you're new to this go watch that episode first. But also at the end of that

episode I promised that I would talk about the practical level, the low level. So that was the high level.

This here is the continuation of that, but now the low level.
