I struggled to fix loose skin for quite some time until I came across 5 ways to make my skin tighter. You will learn all of them in this video. The loose skin will adjust, but it can take months to years. 02:30 Tip Number 1: Master cortisol and insulin. Insulin resistance is when you have resistance at the cellular level to insulin. Excess insulin depletes amino acids which can contribute to excess skin. This is where keto can be so powerful.
