Hello everyone, welcome to PWC Tags by podcast series.

My name is Peter and I'm very happy that I can welcome three persons here in my virtual

recording studio.

I will introduce them to you, but the reason I have invited these persons to my recording

studio is because

PWC has published a guide, a toolkit to be Pillar 2 ready.

And I would very much want to understand from some of the authors of that document

what is in there and why that was so important.

But first, let me introduce the people I have

here with me. First of all, I have Hanna Schopen with me. Hannah is part of our Center of Excellence

in Brussels here on Pillar 2, and she focuses day to day on the implementation of Pillar 2 with our

clients. Next to Hannah, we have Clayton Paul Stanfield. Clayton is an international tax manager in our Swiss form.

He works very closely with our EMEA ITS leader, Monica Kuhnumani.

And we have, last but not least, Gergli is the CEITS network leader. So he leads a network with 27 different territories, including both European member states, third countries, etc.

Gurgli is also the leader of P.WC, Hungary, Center of Excellence on Pillar 2.

He's also originating from Hungary.

And he's assisting clients and network firms inside and outside of Hungary onillar 2. He's also originating from Hungary. And he's assisting clients and network firms

with me to talk about Pillar 2. We have talked about a lot of things in the past on Pillar 2.

But the reason for this podcast for this recording is that bbc published

a guide a guide to implement pillar two uh for our clients so my first question is obviously

why was there a need to publish a guide clayton maybe you can elaborate a bit on that
