So I got news for you.

You're not a leader, no matter what your title says.

You're not a leader, no matter who is under you on the org chart if people aren't following you.

Now think about that. You're not a leader unless people are actually following you.

once said people buy into the leader

then the vision.

Many people who approach the area of vision and leadership have it all backward.

They believe that if the cause is good enough, people automatically buy into it and follow.

I believe Maxwell is right.
