I've been pouring so much energy into it. It feels so good to write again. It's been an outlet

for me, and it's just been a way, another way to connect with all of you. I did a blog

the other day because I had an urge. I had an urge to reach out to someone that I was seeing,

dating. I don't know what, I think that's a very generous way of saying it. Someone I had a,

what I call an almost relationship with, right, or as a kid's call it a situation ship.

This person I met last year, last October, and we had, you know, instant chemistry.

It was just a really, really strong connection, and it was definitely one of my more chaotic

relationships. He was obviously not in a place to be dating anyone, and I wasn't

either because I was accepting the behavior, hoping it would change, you know, the drill.

We all go through this. But it was a very, it was still a special connection, right?

This was not like a bad person. He wasn't mean. He wasn't horrible. Like it was just,

he was like, we had something, right? We had this bond. But the dynamics and the circumstances

just didn't allow for us to be together in the way that I wanted to be with this person.

And I wrote a whole blog post about almost relationships.

And why sometimes those almost relationships hurt more than the actual relationships that

were in, right? I was married for almost 10 years. And, you know, getting out of my marriage

felt easier and more painless than getting out of a three and a half month

situation ship with this man, right? And I posted it and I was very raw and honest
