Because if you're like me, you found that there are moments in your life

taking action is very easy, you don't procrastinate. You don't have a lot of resistance and you feel

awesome. You feel excited and energetic and you're getting a lot done. You're so productive and

effective. And then you've got those other times in your life where you don't feel like doing

stuff. You know you got to do stuff but you don't really want to do it. You don't

you're not engaged with it. You don't have any energy, you feel

sleepy, you feel lethargic, you feel tired, you just want to crash, you want to lay it on the

couch and be comfortable. You don't really know why you started the thing in the first place and

you're just kind of like, meh, right? That's what it feels like to not have motivation.

So of course, we all want to be here course we all want to be motivated and nobody really

wants to be here which is just lazy and comfortable and slacking. So what is the difference and
