way to being a multiple time, billion sold, 1.7 plus, going to 5 billion with a B. Tim

Harridge, he is a absolute workhorse, he's a stallion, he's a guy with integrity, former

Marine. I've known him for a long time. I know he probably doesn't realize I've known him

for so long. I talk about how I met him like 13 years ago at the REI Expo, and just knew

that that guy was going to do really big things. He's bought and sold multiple companies,

created a ton of wealth over time, gotten back in the game as one of the faces of RC and

capital. So right now, I always say, fundability drives a market. And when you're somebody

who's doing 7,000 plus loans for investors every single year, you know what's happening

in the market and in a transitioning market right now, the lenders have all the data they

hold all the cards. So we talk a lot about what's happening in the market and how you

go from a place when you grew up with a family and you're really not making money, not

around successful people, not around entrepreneurs, how do you go from that background to somebody

that eventually becomes doing billions of dollars in sales, building and growing and selling

multiple companies, doing six figures over and over again month after month, doing hundreds

and hundreds of real estate transactions over 3,000, I think doors over his time. So the
