0:54.0 | So you say, hey Carly, I wanted you to do this and you haven't done it. So I just want to figure out what the reason was so we can solve it or make it less likely to have in the future. |

1:07.4 | If they say, no, I didn't know, then you're like, great, now you know. |
1:11.6 | Right. Now if they're like, I did know that you wanted me to do that, then you're like. Now you know. |
1:12.5 | Now if they're like, I did know that you wanted me to do that. |
1:14.6 | And you're like, oh, did you not know how to do it? |
1:17.4 | Which you solve with training? |
