I always tell people there's no upside of being heroic when you know the market's slow like get the occupancy

you know you can be in an offensive mindset when everyone's in a defensive mindset if you know that you're already

covered that you're not as a like your nut isn't fully covered,

that's the perfect time to go

and get more units, get more concessions,

get terms that you want, right?

You have that mindset.

It's hard to play offense where you're like bleeding money,

but it's a lot easier, right,

if you know that I'm not going to lose money this month.

My high season is two months away.

Let's be aggressive.
