And today I'm talking about a topic that I often get asked about.

And I surveyed the universe of responses.

And I'm just never satisfied.

So I wanted to touch back on this because while I've shared it before,

I just don't think it's making its way into enough

people's brains and hearts and minds and souls. And it is a very popular question that needs

attention. And that is, how don't I get hired for work with no experience doing that work? If you have a dream job or you're in one

discipline in a creative sphere and you want to move to another or you want you've built a product

that looks like X or Y or Z, but you want to go over here and build a product looks like A,

how are you going to give people to invest in you, to hire you to take a chance on you?

So again, how do you get hired for work with no experience?

I think this is the age old question, right? It's ironic, this chicken or egg, right? How do you

get hired to do work? You've never been paid to do before because you need the experience,

but in order to get that experience, you need to do the work. So I want to give you a few ways. It's called three ways to

overcome this chicken, egg, cart, horse situation. All right. Number one, get involved, right?

The fastest way to learn is to get involved with the community around the thing that interests you.

It can lead to new partnerships, new opportunities, and it can lend itself to being in the
