Hello and welcome back to a new way of being. Thank you very much for joining me. I am just back from a

0:13.4

book speaking tour in the US, which was fantastic, not at least because the weather was amazing and it's currently raining.

0:23.0

But also, it really reminded me of a subject that's worth touching on that I think is just

0:30.1

so powerful and relevant.

0:33.2

Numerous times during the Q&A sessions, people spoke about struggling with their thoughts

0:39.3

and battling their thoughts and feeling like their mind was on a treadmill, that kind of thing.

0:45.7

But yeah, I think until you, and you kind of sound a little bit crazy when you first start

2:00.6

talking about it. And I'm always, you know, careful with how I introduce a little bit crazy when you first start talking about it.

2:01.4

And I'm always, you know, careful with how I introduce it to clients because

2:04.4

it does sound a bit like, okay, you've got two minds and one can watch the, you know, it's a strange

2:09.6

concept. But once you get a head around it, it's just, yeah, absolute game changer.

2:15.2

In your experience, how familiar are people with it?

2:23.4

It depends, but on the whole, say, not very.
