Finding a deal becomes some complexities. What am I looking for? What's a good deal? What's a bad deal? Once I buy a deal or try to buy a deal, how do I negotiate? What's the price? What's the terms? Then somebody, some way along the way is going to say, hey, where's your financing coming from?
