1:13.5	It was weird and amazing in that we had 24 hour notice to adopt a baby girl and we

1:21.4	It was weird in that very early in 2020 we found a really old home built in like the 1950s
1:27.5	that hadn't been touched at all and it was a pocket listing and we spoke to the owner
1:32.3	and we made an offer to which she accepted in 24 hours.
1:36.0	We listed our house and we sold our house in 24 hours and we adopted a baby.
