Hey y'all, so I woke up this morning with no voice at all. I've been sick for like three days and

yesterday I was like I'm just not gonna talk all day because I have to do the podcast tomorrow. I'm just going to try to save my voice and I went to church last night and we had a party at church and I was doing a lot of talking.

So I woke up today with no voice.

So right now I'm sitting in my car at Dunkin Donuts.

I got me some tea, some honey, some lemon.

And I kind of got my voice back, so I'm about to record right now

While I can talk okay? So we just gonna get right into this word because I got a word so if y'all got a journal I need y'all to get a journal and take some notes because it's a word.

So yesterday while I was in bed trying to self-medicate myself, I was drinking a lot of water and you know how you freeze a

bottle of water and it has ice in it so you have to get another bottle of water to

pour in there to melt the ice? That's what I did and when I did it I realized that the

bottle that I had was crushed because I was like trying to squeeze all the

water out but it had like a chunk of ice in the middle. So I literally had to blow air into the

into the bottle that was crushed to stretch it out

so it could have capacity and then I was able to fill it with the other full bottle of water that I had.

And as I was doing that, God spoke to me and he showed me that as we get crushed by life, he has to put pressure in us, he has to blow in us, he has to stretch us out so that

we're back to a space where we're able to receive all that he has to pour into us.

So I was like, wow, like, this is great.

Like I have to do the podcast on this tomorrow.
