So I think there's a stigma right now that it's very difficult to get clients and that the lash industry is dying and it's oversaturated and yada, yada, yada.

So what I would do is I would think about like, okay, who wants lashes?

Like who is my typical audience? And I would literally just find them on Instagram.

And believe it or not, that is what built my book of business.

You can drive traffic to your page all day,

but if you're looking at your retention reports and you're getting all these new customers,

you know, and retaining 25% of them, then you're doing something wrong. You need to be above
