Well, Stacey had a pretty amazing time.

busy, and I decided to push paws on my strength training. And once we're settled into the

new house in South Carolina, I'll get started with the weight training again,

and then Ava had her accident, and it was months, months before I was able to get back on track.

And in fact, in fact, now two and a half years later, the routine that I have with my strength

training is not nearly as strong and robust

as it was before we moved.

When you had some momentum, when you had a habit and things were going along well, and then life intervenes.
