1:03.2	I'll just say, hey, Neil, how likely are you to recommend click flow to a colleague on

1:09.8	If Neil rated a nine or 10, he's a promoter, you know, a six or below is a detractor.
1:14.1	And then seven to eight is kind of neutral or basically they're not like high on you or
1:18.2	low on you.
