couple of months. So how has it been so far? I think

you've been here, what, a couple of weeks now? No, it's literally like 48 hours. Oh, wow.

So it's very, it's very fresh. Awesome. Well, I think you're going to like it. The number of leaders

who have moved to town over the last six months has been absolutely

unbelievable. As you know, Joe Rogan's here now, and I could just go name after name,

after name of folks who've moved to town. So it just, it's like a black hole of gravity where it just

gets stronger and stronger and is pulling more and more people here, which is just awesome.
