And so we just started pitching innovation and it was like, if I can make an extra 50k waiting 90 days,

I'm square. Yeah. And we're like, yeah. And that changed everything. The moment we switched to that,

it was gangbusters in locking up fields. The days of just being able to wholesale strictly are over so it's like and then

What's up well builders today I have I'm gonna just call him the godfather of Phoenix because it seems like he's just doing deals with everyone out there.

He's done over 12,000 real estate deals and I think he did over 400 last year alone.

thanks for having me on yeah thanks for coming so dude you've been a part of a lot of

transactions I mean I was just asking you on the way here like you know how did

last year go what's the market looking like the last couple of years like

Tell me tell me a little bit about how you even got to this point

I was just I was an IT guy, right?

And I got laid off in the tech downturn twice, you know,

if you've ever had a conference room call,

here's a conference room, here's your check,

here's a couple extra weeks on.

And then so I obviously enter real estate in 99,

everything was great, everybody's making money,

and then 2007 hit, right?

So, you know took to take a pretty good looking there obviously and

then and started back over and just you know after 24 years of doing anything

and you get you're pretty good at it right?

So you just got to learn how to adjust and pivot in the different markets.
