So, John, a recent court ruling has the number two man at News Corp, Chase Carey, threatening that the Fox Channel, which is the home of American Idol and New Girl and The Simpsons, could be turned from a broadcast network, which you can get with your antenna at your house,

into a cable-only channel. And this court ruling has Univision equally upset and making a similar

threat. So why don't you explain what these people are so bent out of shape about?

They're upset about a startup company called Aereo, which has close ties to

Barry Diller, who ironically started the Fox Network. Aerio is a New York only company that has

basically a central antenna, and the antenna is composed of tiny little antenna. So imagine
