It's important to realize that the uncomfortable emotions like fear and anger and guilt and sadness,

they're part of our intelligence and our experience of living, but they're also ones that you don't want to live in.

When you anxious all the time, you tend to, well first of all, get exhausted, you're weakening your immune system,

but you'll make bad decisions because everything's a reaction rather than a response.

So it wouldn't it be better to be in a state of relaxed alertness in control of your feelings and thoughts

so that you can think clearly, sure, you don't lose any of your age, but at the same time you've got all of your ability to respond to things.
