Just super curious about all the different ways to make money.

Simply put, if you think what a flipper like yourself does for houses,

you build a giant direct-to-seller marketing funnel,

and then you disable the leads in a variety of ways.

For you guys, what would you say is the predominant strategy?

The pawn shop model.

We go out, we buy land for cheap, and then we sell it for more.

So I think that's our bread and butter between the two of us.

We've done probably 500 land deals.
