So we're predominantly e-commerce focused, private label brand building, growth, scale,

and exit of the

business. So we build and flip companies, we sell and acquire them as well. We're predominantly

starting on the Amazon channel and then moving into direct consumer, Shopify, retail, and

other channels once we incubate the brand on Amazon and it reaches past seven figures. We're

going to move it into multiple channels and increase or double its valuation by moving

that brand out into the market.

And then if Voltage feels it's a great company, then we'll potentially offer an acquisition

for ourselves or our investment groups and Voltage will take over the management of it.
