(3:45) - The way to stop being addicted to something is to stop thinking about it. It implies how you see yourself. For example: if you overthink, you give anxiety more power. You need to own the power you have for yourself.

(6:09) - When you say “f happiness”, you are eliminating the meaning behind it, making the thought meaningless to you. Nothing can give you shame if you shed light on it. Shame loses its power
