some insight with regard to your brain fog. All right, so let's get to it. First of all,

brain fog. What is it? It's such an obscure term. I hear people say that all the time. They're like,

are you suffering from brain fog? I'm like, who hasn't had brain fog at some point? Right?

I mean, who hasn't? But when is it more serious? Well, I think one of the easiest ways to know

when it's more serious is when it's affecting your life. It becomes dangerous or it's costing you

relationships. You're showing up late to work. You're forgetful. You're forgetting like really

important details and it's beginning to affect your reputation, your confidence, the way you feel

about yourself and you're like, what is going on with my head? Like, why am I missing these things?

I want to point out this. There's a difference between brain fog, which is a moment of it, right?

Like a time when you're like, this is weird. I'm usually much more clear. I've got a lot more

focus. I can typically remember things and in something's going on tonight, I'm not remembering

things. There's a difference between that and always struggling. Like most of your life,

most of your childhood always struggling to remember things, to stay focused, to stay on task.
