0:57.9 | for different types of meaning in my own life so trying to figure out where do I find a source of meaning or what's kind of the purpose of my life and I was previously working in law as a lawyer so I didn't really have any sense of my true kind of mission or purpose or really what I wanted to do is kind of just in this career that I've been studying from university. |
1:15.7 | And so I was looking around for different ways to practice finding meaning and purpose and I had no idea this whole field of therapy existed, but it's really a fascinating field and something I think is going to be so relevant as we continue to try and navigate our identity as the world changes and things like that. |
