today's episode. Today, we're joined by

my buddy Dan Miller. Dan is an author and speaker. You may know him from the book 48 days to the work you love. It's a New York Times bestselling book. That book had a huge impact in my own life, and I've been privileged to hang out with Dan quite a bit and become a friend of his, and so I'm excited to chat with him today. But with Dan, we talk about speaking how he got into speaking,

how speaking fits into his current business and his business model because he's someone who does a lot of different things. And I think for a lot of people who may be listening to this, I think you may be in a similar spot where some of you may want to speak full-time and some of you may say,

hey, I want to be a speaker, I want to be an author, I want to be a blog or a podcast or a coach,
