So, for those of you who already own properties, it is no secret that the loss of tenants, or better yet, the loss of tenants or better yet the loss of rents just absolutely sucks.

Tenant turnover is awful. It will cost you time, effort, brain power, and money.

So reducing or eliminating your turnover expenses by finding and keeping good

tenants longer can help you be a more profitable landlord and a better

investor.
