1:27.2	actually closing in around May 1st, so probably four or five weeks when this is recording.
1:33.8	This is our third deal with this institution, the previous two deals we closed last year.

1:45.7	Phenomenal terms.

1:50.4	It was pretty easy, easy, peasy.

1:56.5	Now this third one, credit union saying to us, well, we've got exposure.
