| 1:38.5 | When I read this definition, I was surprised by the vagueness of it. It got me thinking though like success is not a universal concept. It really looks differently for every single one of us. So I want to ask you a question. How do you define success. |

| 2:12.5 | For me success like started out so different right when I was 18 all I wanted to do was have independence like and be able to pay for my own things and really pay my path in life, be a college graduate and eventually have a family. |
| 2:31.5 | That was at that time like my personal definition of success. And you know, then when I was 23 and introduced to like really network marketing and that whole concept will success in my mind became well, I got to be a millionaire. |
| 2:47.5 | And then accomplish that a few years later. And so again success changed. Well, what do I want. I want to be a billionaire now. And ever since I decided like I want to be a billionaire nothing because I haven't reached that level of success yet. |
| 3:05.5 | I feel for me I haven't reached my level of success yet. Right. So it's like I'm on my path towards success, but I don't look at myself and say, oh, I'm extremely successful. |
| 3:17.5 | I actually look at at myself and I go, oh my gosh, I'm behind. Right. I'm behind. I know it's going to happen in my lifetime. But like I've got some work to do. So I always like I feel this urgency in my life every single day. |
| 3:31.5 | Because to success to me is is billionaire with a beat, you know, plus having a family that is super happy having kids and grandchildren and great grandchildren that love the Lord. |
| 3:44.5 | Like to me, that is all success. Like I need it all to be successful. And you might go, my gosh, Kayla, you're crazy. |
| 3:54.5 | But to me, I think that's why it's really important to honor each other's personal definition. |
| 4:00.5 | And if you hear me say that instead of saying you're crazy, just be like, go girl, I believe you. |
| 4:05.5 | Just like I would I would hear your version of success. And I'd be like, let's go. Let's go. It's going to happen. |
| 4:12.5 | So right now you've got to evaluate your version of success. And the way that I like to do this is really look at where you started and evaluate what you've been able to accomplish. |
| 4:29.5 | Joseph Lowry says, if you don't know where you come from, it's difficult to determine where you are. It's even more difficult to plan where you are going. Ask yourself the following questions. |
| 4:42.5 | How did accomplishing these things make me feel? Why did I start chasing these goals in the first place? |
| 4:52.5 | What fulfills me? What truly makes me happy? And what are my values? |
| 5:01.5 | Is everything I'm doing in my life right now, aligning with those values? Or is it clashing with them? When you ask yourself these questions, be honest. |
