0:15.2	Have you noticed that there are some sins that people see is really bad and other sins they don't think that are that big of
0:19.2	a deal? What about you? Are there sins that you'd be embarrassed to admit you struggle with but other sins you consider almost respectable?
0:28.0	To confess respectable sins wouldn't hurt your reputation at all.
0:32.0	Now everyone's list of respectable sins
0:34.5	is a little bit different, but I bet we could agree on some.

0:45.2	exaggerated a story. No one's going to think less of me. Those are respectable
0:51.0	sins, partly because they are common sins, and they don't appear
0:54.7	to hurt others, and in general they don't appear to be that big of a deal.
0:59.4	Do you think God shares our perspective on sins?
1:02.3	In other words, does God think that some sins are not a big deal?
1:05.4	Does He call some sins respectable sins? No, no he doesn't. See that's one thing we're going to see today in numbers 21.
1:15.9	The story starts with Israelites and guess what they're doing? They do it a lot.
1:20.3	They are complaining. I think complaining is on a lot of people's list of
1:25.8	respectable sins. We know it's not good but everyone does it to some extent and
1:31.1	it's not a huge deal it doesn't really hurt anybody does it
1:34.8	wrong it's a huge deal to God yes it's true that everyone complains we complain about the
1:41.4	weather our boss our health health, our finances, our kids, our roommates, our money, our government.
1:46.0	I mean, the list of things that we complain about is endless.
