So today, guys, we're going to be talking about a topic, and I've been hearing a lot of you requests that we discussed this on the radio show, private clients and otherwise.

You guys are seeing a lot of flat fee commission cutting brokers enter back into the marketplace again.

Nothing new, perfectly normal for those guys to be in the marketplace.

And on today's radio show, we're going to give you four to five surefire ways to blow them out of the water so you

never have to worry about losing a listing to a commission cutting flat fee broker and a lot of these

things you're going to find not only work for overcoming the seller's consideration of listing with one of

those guys but also these ideas will be great for you to take normal

listings even if they aren't considering a commission cutter.
