just to go to Auges. And that's right in Sugarland. No way. That's that good of a point. Yeah. Can you see me by the way? No, I can. I joined him on my phone. I'm at an event right now for work, but I was like, I need to take the seating. So I'm on my phone. Okay, no problem. Then I'll make it really quick because you got you got work stuff going on. So the reason I do Zooms a lot of times is because I want you to be able to see me that I'm a real human being. Because what I'm going to offer you guys is the is me taking over the existing payments. Okay. And whenever you're whenever you're having that conversation, you need to make sure that your buyer, which would be me in the situation, is credible enough to take over those payments and never cause you future grief or issues, right?
