Folks, some of you have been writing to me lately telling me how much you're going to miss daily things I think I think.

Well, things I think I think is still continuing, but it's only going to those folks who are

licensees and it will be go back to weekly on Wednesdays as it was up until March of the

year that will not be named with the number in order to take care of our licensees, which is the core part of our

community. If you're a listener, if you're a longtime listener, whether you've been to

a conference or not, having a license is a way to be a part of the community. It's also a way to get

access to the interviewing series and effective relationships and the resume workbook. And I might say

access to me, which go figure some people think that's important

so I encourage you become a licensee it's 200 bucks a year and we promise you as

all the case with all of our products you're going to get more than you pay for.

Okay Kate we don't get to record that often. Mike is exceptionally busy this week.

I have been thinking about writing this cast

for a couple of years, maybe about five years now.
